Rarely do I ever leave a doctor’s office with a new pain in my side. But I was laughing so hard during this shoot that is just what happened! I was commissioned by Enhanced Medical Care in Newton, a suburb west of Boston, to make their company’s commercial photography including a headshot of each of their employees, interior and exterior architectural images and detail photography. We had so much fun during the shoot I was in stitches! Ha ha…. They wanted the photography for use on their website, in their marketing materials and in advertising. The practices offers a very unique approach to healthcare. It is a subscription model and Dr. Costa sees patients at his very welcoming home office.

My work for MIT covering Commencement of the 2013 graduating class. It was my first for the university and was by far the rainiest graduation I have ever shot. The great thing about it though was that the students and their parents would not be denied the joy of the event because of the weather. I saw just as many smiling faces this day as I have for other any other commencement. Plus MIT takes commencement very seriously and really goes the extra mile to make all involved feel important. I was amazed to find out that the college actually gives the students their real diploma during the event and not an empty folder. And to top it off, they got little plastic baggies to put them in to keep them dry! Very cool.

commercial photographer bostonI was the Boston commercial photographer who was selected by Welch & Forbes Private Wealth Management to create new photography for their advertising, marketing, headshots and website needs. We made new environmental portraits of their managers, images of employees working together and headshots to go with employee biographies. They are using the images in magazine ads, new collateral pieces, website and for PR purposes. It was a great job to work on since they where so accommodating and they were looking for a very naturalistic and easy going style of photography. It also did not hurt that their gorgeous offices are located in Boston’s historic Old City Hall.

I worked with ZET ad agency to create photography for the German company Weiss Manufacturing’s marketing materials. Above are two samples from the white seamless background shoot we did for their website and brochure of a Weiss client, Innovative Products of Nashua, NH. Thanks a lot to Birgit Brandt of ZET for all of her help!
